Software quality
Automotive Software Process Improvement and capability Determination (ASPICE) is an assessment framework for automotive manufacturers to improve software development processes. It is used for the definition, implementation and evaluation of the process. It is also known as ISO/IEC 15504 or Spice and was developed in 1993 by the ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation and IEC / International Electrochemical Commission).
Support for process improvement
Work to improve the results.
Carrying out regular checks and guidance for improvement.
GAP analysis - planning and execution
Through the detailed planning and execution of a GAP analysis, we help you to implement process improvements and prepare successful assessments.
Together we check all work products for conformity with the process area and train your organisation to meet the standard requirements.
We show you possible solutions for eliminating GAPs, help you to understand them and implement them. We provide you with tools and alternative solutions that are effective and as easy to implement as possible.

Software quality according to ASPICE
With ASPICE, you ensure the highest software quality in the automotive industry. You optimise development processes and ensure efficient, reliable and error-free software.
ASPICE process flow
The ASPICE process flow is divided into three main phases: Requirements management, development and quality assurance. Requirements are defined, implemented and validated through tests. ASPICE ensures clear structures, traceability and continuous improvement in software development.
Continuous process improvement throughout the entire development process
Your advantage: You ensure sustainable software quality and process stability and can react flexibly to future requirements and technologies.

Successful projects with GBN
As a project partner and service provider, we are familiar with the requirements and functional methods for implementing ASPICE from numerous projects with various OEMs.
We work with an interdisciplinary perspective and, if desired, also consider the implementation of functional safety requirements in accordance with ISO 26262. To ensure effective safety practices, we support you as an automotive supplier in implementing both the ASPICE and ISO 26262 guidelines.
By complying with both standards, you as a supplier protect yourself against various risks and possible errors.
